This is my version of Pursebuzz' hairband holder tutorial. I used denim fabric for my design. Instead of using an oatmeal container, I used a Lipton Iced Tea container; because its what i had that was available to use. I measured the fabric, cut the fabric and hot glued it to the container. I made sure to only glue the denim on the cardboard section of the container. I did not cover the metal rim. Then i decorated the lid. I primed it with a white colored acrylic paint then multiple layers of silver fabruc paint. after it finally dried....I painted the edges of the lid with clear nailpolish. While the polish was wet, i sprinkled a light dusting of a fine silver glitter. When it all dried completely, I Hot glued a flower that i made out of the same denim.

First Off...I know that batteries are not intended to last forever. When I charged my energizer rechargeable batteries and they did not hold the charge...I Panicked! I did some research and stumbled across these Double ASanyo Eneloop Batteries on Amazon.com. It came fully equipped with charging dock and all. After reading the info and reading reviews....I decided to give them a try.

I patiently waited for them to come in the mail(not exactly. I was frantic!) When they finally came, i immediately recorded my last video with my energizers(So Long Suckers).

When I put the Eneloops into my camera...I was amazed. This was the first time that my camera had ever been so responsive. The power on button turned on with ease! Even the flash on the camera was quick. It didnt take as long as it use to in order to warm the flash up. That was such a bonus for me since i can be a little impatient when it comes to electronics lol.

The Sanyo Eneloop batteries have
1000 recharging cycles
85% charge retention after 1 year(who doesnt need that?!)
4.4x photo-shooting battery life

Sanyo States That in a single charge, you can take over 500 pictures. I have put it to the test. 500 plus pictures and a couple of videos no longer than 10 min each.(beat that!)

Beit that the website states that the batteries will be fully charged when you get them, They werent. I dont blame it on Amazoon.com or Sanyo. My postal service held my package for about 2 days and i dont know why. But thats no beef, i was still excited. They came half charged. Which i didnt see it as being a bad thing. I am currently on day 6 of the half charged battery. It is still 50 percent charged and i have take alot of pictures and videos for my youtube account. It is still holding up ferociously strong!

I have not found a need to charge the batteries at the moment....but the charger that I purchased have a usb plug. This means that there is no plug for the wall. You have to plug it into your PC or Laptop in order to charge. This option was good for me since in my houshold of eletronic junkies! ...wall outlets arent easy to come across. This harger also has the ability to change from a AA charger to a AAA charger in a matter of seconds! 2 chargers in 1! Super convenient.....

In conclusion, I LOVE these batteries! they get 10 thumbs up from me! I wish that i knew of these batteries sooner!

I am sex free by choice...I made this choice after a number of bad choices in my past. I have been sexless going on 5 years...But this isnt about me. There are way too many people making it way too easy to get what should be very important to a person. Their Goodies!...Also...There are too many fatherless children and drunken mistakes walking amongst us that are or possibly will only repeat the same unfruitful cycle as their parents were once a part of...Why do people make it so easy? I think alot of people should stop and ask themselves two questions before they lay down with the next victim....."Why do I want to have relations with this person?" and "Will this experience really be different than any other ive had or will have?" The process will never change. The only thing that will change are the people involved. Sex is sex; no matter who it is with.. Do I even know this man/womans First, Middle and Last name?
What was his/her past like?
If the inevitable happen and I end up pregnant, will he take responsibility? Would he want to keep it? Will he/she be a good parent?

I am 25 years old. Big Deal, Right? Well...Perhaps Its Just Me. But....my maternal clock is tick tick ticking extraordinarily loud! I love babies! Obviously...the love me too because no matter where I am.....They seem to magnetically cling to me! lol super cute...but makes me super nervous...Because I am SOo Ready! He just came out of nowhere. I mean, he was there for 2 years. He was an interesting friend to have in my life. He was always the funny guy that would take my dwelling on my stressful day away. When things were hard, he always had the right things to say. He gave me the strength to believe that whatever seemed like a problem...was actually NOTHING....
Then....the butterflies began to rumble in my stomach. I began to get nervous when we chatted. Always worrying about whether or not what i said will come off as something silly. Aahh! .... The constant wondering if hes with another woman? Has he found someone that he wants to get serious with? So I finally told him.....I finally told him how i felt. You know, i wasnt a chump! so i had to make it seem like it was a guess; like it wasnt that serious of a thing. But It really was. He gave me hot flashes. He made my heart jump whenever i heard my aim sing out that it was him. I was absolutely crazy about him. Then He called me.
If there was ever anything that made my hands sweat; my heart skip a few beats; or make me stutter....it was him....He was just the most beautiful person to me. Not only physically but inside and out. I wanted him.....
So Now...I Told him that i want more than what we had agreed that it would be. I wanted him! Just him....no one else....Is he "THe One"? .....

I think women are way too particular with the specifics. This is why they eventually scare off every available man who might have been interested in them once upon a time ago. If he tells you that he isnt the kind of person that talks freely about his feelings...leave it as just that. There is no need for you to grenade him with annoying questions just to satisfy your query. Ever thought that maybe he likes to take things slowly? Maybe He's the type that needs time to completely open up. If he was to change and be free with his feelings with you, would you have loved him any more or less? If you can answer yes to this...then you were never really in love with the man. Relax and just take each day as each day comes. If you can point out a number of things about a person that you do not like and wish that he would change these things, then you two arent completely compatible. You should find someone who fits you like a glove. Not try and make them fit. Its like shopping. You are not going to buy something that doesnt fit you and take it home a squeeze into it. It will never work...

This leads me to yet another factor....women have so many underlying insufficiencies. Hence the reasons why women test their mights and try to change their mans flaws. I mean, you're with him and you claim that you love him....then suck it up and take each stone that comes your way....if you can't see yourself doing this...then you took him on as a project and not your partner. He is suppose to be in the fight with you...fighting the worlds obstacles that it will pitch your way. If you see the need to point his flaws out and show a great deal of interest in fixing them...then you need to do the same. If you can find his flaws, means you have flaws equally as bad. Quit with the superwoman complex ladies! And play the game right!

I should be married by now. I should be a mommy with little me's and little him's running around us. A quiet house in the country with a white picket fence. But my reality is far from what my life expectations are. The bottom line is...There has got to be something wrong that I am doing or every man that crosses my path is either mentally, emotionally or morally jigsaw'd. I attract virtually every dysfunctional man that's in the metro. They all seem to be the exact same but different in the same. I've been with the player, the shy guy, the ego, the user, the controller, and all of the rest. Now I find myself at a point of " I don't know what to expect next". I honestly feel as though I've ran the river dry and I don't have any fight left in me. There are days where I just want to sit out on the bench. I turn down every meet and greet and every "excuse me miss" because I already have my mind precontracted to believe that it'll never work. I use to believe in the fairytale soulmate thing. Only to find out that it is just a bunch of urban legends. Once you get to a certain age, you realize that soulmates only exist for pubescent teens who still believe in that happily ever after cliche. Right? Is it all just fantasy? What do these warmhearted little girls look forward to when they finally reach the world of womanhood?

Prince Charming is just an average jerk who has a thing for wearing sheeps clothing. He is a professional con artist. He must have a degree in Marketing or Sales, because he really had me going for a while. The world is filled with tricks and gain. If you have it, and he wants it, he will promise you the world in order to get it. Im not trying to paint a grey point of view of relationship in the present day but, it appears that everything in life has became a game of personal gain. If you do not know the rules or posess a crafty gameplan to dodge the competition and/or certain obstacles...you will live an ordinarily common life just as every hopeful little girl does......I Think Cupid Is On A VERY Long Hiatus....

I Narrowed Down My Thoughts and buckled down to the task....I finally decided what I am going to Use as my first project... I go about town parading my trademark name.....which is Ghetto ProuD....and i have a spank jacket...but No Ghetto Proud jacket :( ....So Thats It...i am going to work on a sketch of a jacket design...some flats...and then create a video displaying the design sequence and so on....stay tuned...If ur reading....

But it Soothes me...calms me and the work that i put in to it...i get back in length so im proud and happy of my work....So....I May Be Obsessed mommy Dearest!...But everyone is obsessed with something...

So...here it is...I Never had one...other than...moisturize my hair twice a day and wash once a month( I tried to stick to the washing rule :/).....

But With my new trial and error ....I think I found one that seems to be working....Here It Is...

1. Oil my scalp once every other night....
2. co wash once a week
3. deep condition every two weeks - 4 weeks
4. Moisturize hair twice a day(First i Spray my home made herbal spray, then my own hairspray mix, cantu shea butter, then finish with my own oil blend to seal the hair)
5. Style(which usually is a bun or updo since i have twists in my hair)

1....Attempting to go natural....its super hard...i miss my relaxer...I feel like a serious perm junkie but im going to get through this...i promise you...But It is all a very serious process UGH....Here are some pictures of my whacky journey....

I actually got quite alot of new growth within the first 2 months....at this point all i was adding to my hair was EVOO...

Until I Found Out...Hey! You Hair Needs Food...Not Just The Basics But Water...Just As much as I need water.....Go Figure...So I am currently In a trial and error process of narrowing down a simple regimen for my hair...No..I dont know my hair type...that doesnt really concern me as much...all i know is all together i have three textures on my scalp...alarger percentage is wavy...then curly then some straight....I cannot say at what length it is right now because to be honest...I havent straightened my hair in 4 years...and i dont really plan to anytime soon...Maybe! lol...My last relaxer was in Oct 2009....Wasnt my best experience...It Burned a quarter of my hairline away.....

But Anyway! Im Still learning...No More Relaxers...I just want a healthy mane that i can be proud of ......See Ya!

Truth be told...I am still trying to figure that one out. It came to me one day as i was brainstorming what new things can I do to further express myself.
